Financial Analyst at Capito Capital Management
Capito Capital Management is looking for a talented and ambitious Financial Analyst to take on a key role in our investment projects within alternative assets – including shipping, real estate, and credit bonds.
You will be responsible for our market research and financial analysis and play a central role in preparing investment materials and prospectuses in close collaboration with our advisory board, legal, and accounting partners. You will also assist in client meetings and investor events and take responsibility for Capito’s investor newsletter and other communication materials, ensuring our insights and projects are communicated clearly and professionally.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and prepare investment analyses
- Support the management team in evaluating new investment opportunities
- Draft prospectuses and investor presentations in collaboration with advisors
- Prepare Capito’s investor newsletter and other communication material
- Assist at client meetings, presentations, and investor events
- Contribute to internal decision-making and external communication
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a relevant degree – such as cand.merc.fir., HD(F) or similar.
- Has strong analytical skills and solid commercial understanding
- Writes clearly and convincingly in both English and Danish
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Is highly self-driven, proactive, and takes full responsibility for quality deliverables
- Has experience in corporate finance, asset management, M&A – or is a recent graduate with strong potential
- Enjoys a role that combines analysis, communication, and client interaction
