Structure and Investor Access

With Capito Domus, investors gain access to an exclusive pipeline of real estate projects, carefully selected to deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns. We focus on optimizing each investment so that the asset is tailored to the investors we invite into our partnership circle. Not all investors are alike. Some investments make more sense for investors with liquid assets, while other assets will be structured in a way that provides special advantages for investors with, for example, pension funds or VSO funds.

We structure each investment on a case-by-case basis based on the feedback we continuously receive from our investors. Therefore, we offer our investors the opportunity to sign up non-committally for an investment that matches their tax profile. When there is a match between the asset and the respective investor, investors on the waiting list have priority access to the asset based on their seniority on the waiting list. It is therefore advisable to contact us well in advance so that we, together with your accountant or lawyer, can identify the right future match (we do not provide tax advice, but our projects are suitable for legal tax planning).
